Customer Satisfaction

If you are running a few minutes behind, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. However, since the majority of our clients come by appointments, sometimes time may not permit us to honor your full appointment. There is a chance we can shorten the schedule or just reschedule for another time. Whatever is convenient for you! If you arrive more than 20 minutes past the appointment time, then we would have to reschedule for another time. This is all because our desire to provide you the best quality of service possible.

Cancellation

As a courtesy to our staff and clients in the schedule book, we ask that you notify us at least 24 - 48 hours in advance for any cancellations and to reschedule in order to get deposit refund.

Retail Products

Any products purchased from our store are final sale only.

Children

For the safety of your children and courtesy to others, we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment time. Our work involves extreme focus and concentration and for the best quality of work we would need to be very detail oriented. To provide the most pleasant and relaxing experience for everyone, we ask that you do not bring any children under 13.
